By using MEHRVA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

MEHRVA provides a private connection and a simple signaling experience between two people who mutually consent to connect. It is not a dating, matchmaking, or public social network.

Good purpose use

MEHRVA is for kind, lawful, halal, and respectful use between trusted people with mutual consent. Do not use MEHRVA for secrecy, harassment, unwanted contact, pressure, impersonation, or any purpose that harms or disrespects another person.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Only connect with someone who agrees to connect with you
• Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service

Safety controls

Either person may unlink or block. Blocking ends the connection and restricts future contact through MEHRVA according to product rules.

Notifications

Mehr delivery respects device permissions, silent mode, and Do Not Disturb where the operating system allows. We do not claim a phone will alert you while it is powered off, force stopped, offline, or denied notification permission.

Availability

We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline Mehr events may queue and sync when connectivity returns.

Intellectual property

MEHRVA branding, design, and software are owned by CODCrafters or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the app for its intended personal purpose.

Disclaimer

MEHRVA is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
